WHAT: HEMODIALYSIS TRAINING COURSE

(RENAP ACCREDITED)

DURATION: 5 WEEKS (1 WK DIDACTIC/1 MONTH HANDS-ON)

# OF TRAINING HRS: 200 CONTACT HOURS

CPD ACCREDITATION (SOON)

TRAINING FEE:

Php16,500 (discount of P500 for CASH PAYMENT)

(inclusive of Handouts, KIT: 1 Set of Scrub Suit Uniform (light blue), Name Tag, Face Mask, Gloves and Training Certificate)

Note: Balance must be settled 2 weeks prior end of training

August 19 to September 20, 2024
September 30 to November 1, 2024
November 11 to December 13, 2024

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Photocopy of PRC ID

2. Hepa Profile [Anti-HCV, Anti-HBs (quantitative) and HBsAg] Lab Result (done in any diagnostic clinics or tertiary hospitals)

3. VACCINATION CARD (FULLY VACCINATED)

You will also follow the protocols of the clinic to guarantee safety; S.O.P. for triage, wearing of mask at all times, wearing of PPE (face shield, bouffant cap, booties or shoe cover during your clinical exposure.

NOT REQUIRED: Clinical experience, IVT/BLS/ACLS

Hands-on Schedule (1 month):

Minimum # of trainees: 5-6

1. Pen & Notebook (during lecture)

2. Stethoscope/PPE (face shield, cap, shoe cover, extra clothes (during hands on)
